We offer Holstein 1/4, 1/2  and whole cattle.  This quality meat is different from out angus, it is generally leaner and the animal is larger so you get (generally) more meat per 1/4,1/2 or whole. 

We charge $3 a hanging pound. Byron center charges .68c a pound to prcess, and there is a Kill and Trucking fee.

We process through byron center meats. they all yield Ground Beef, variety of steaks, roasts, brisket, short ribs, stew meat, (tongue, liver and heart availible apon request). for quantity questons please email, text or call us.
